It is OUR Constitution...

...not Barky Obama's to futz with, nor Nancy Pelosi's, nor Harry Reid's, nor Barney Freakin' Frank's to futz with.

It is OUR Constitution.

It says nothing of Progressives, or Marxists or Socialism. Period.

From Wiki:

The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. The Constitution is the framework for the organization of the United States government and for the relationship of the federal government with the states, citizens, and all people within the United States.

The Constitution creates the three branches of the national government: a legislature, the
bicameral Congress; an executive branch led by the President; and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. The Constitution specifies the powers and duties of each branch. The Constitution reserves all unenumerated powers to the respective states and the people, thereby establishing the federal system of government.

The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the
Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by conventions in each U.S. state in the name of "The People". The Constitution has been amended twenty-seven times; the first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights.[1][2]The Constitution holds a central place in United States law and political culture.[3] The handwritten original document penned by Jacob Shallus is on display at the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C.

NOTA BENE: The judicial branch is headed by the Supreme Court, NOT by Eric Holder. They knew about people like him 233 years ago!

*********

The United States Constitution* is the original Contract with America**.

The US Federal Government has no existence without the Constitution — it has no foundation in Nature, and it has no claim to be the creation of an Almighty.

It was formed by this contract between the several sovereign States and the People of those States with a Federal Government which they created out of thin air by putting their signatures to this binding contract.

The Federal Government had nothing to say about it, for it did not exist until ratification.

Without this contract, the Federal Government does not exist.

Without this contract, there are no Federal laws or regulations.

Without this contract, Federal officers have no authority.

Without this contract, the US military has no mission.

Without this contract, there is no Federal taxation.

If the Federal Government rules without due diligence according this contract or assumes powers not granted to it by this contract, then it is in violation of this contract; and it is a despotic regime which rules by force, intimidation, deception, fraud, and bribery.

The Declaration of Independence*** indicates how this is to be dealt with by free people.

If the Federal Government fails to live up to its obligations under this contract, then the sovereign States and their citizens, as parties to this contract, have every right to demand that the Federal Government live up to its obligations.

If it fails to rectify this, the Federal Government is in violation of this contract; and the sovereign States and their citizens have every right to take action, themselves, to meet those needs as well as to decide whether this contract has become invalid and our mutual obligations under this contract dissolved.

HAPPY 223rd to US, the People!
