With 40-some planes and several hotels fully booked, including the entire Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay--OK, now they call it Mumbai--it's soooo difficult when these Moslems change their names, AND THEIR VOWELS, isn't it?

Sooooo, what can I say?

GO, Obamas, GO...and hopefully stay there?

Like...um...from Soetoro in Jakarta to Obama of the United States!, could this a$$ try to escape reality any more; because before there was the Soetoro name, there was only an "X" on the birth certificate?

BREAKING: Major Court Victory for Military Voters

A Maryland court rules that a soldier who does not receive his ballot on time has had his constitutional rights violated, and can sue without waiting for the Department of Justice to act.

Congratulations to the Military Voter Protection Project — they have broken new legal ground in protecting military voters.

A Maryland Federal Court ruled today that it is a violation of a soldier’s constitutional rights to not receive his complete ballot on time (emphasis--mine). The court ruled that the John Doe officer stationed in Iraq had standing to sue based on deprivations of their constitutional rights.

This is an enormously important decision which will affect the 2012 elections.

This means that military members need not wait on the bureaucrats in Washington D.C. at the Justice Department to sue. It may end the monopoly on DOJ’s oversight of military voting, which is a good thing for everyone in uniform. It means that in 2012, during the presidential election, we won’t have to wait for DOJ to act. It means that the Eric Holder military voting disaster of 2010 might not happen again.

Individual soldiers and sailors may have recourse to the courts, able to act immediately as they are trained to do in combat zones.

This ruling also shows that private citizens are more effective than their government. DOJ filed no lawsuit in Maryland, but MVP did, and MVP won a victory for military voters from every state.

I should say, wait for the real vote 'if that's what happens in your part of the nation'.

I live in Chicago: this is a city where DEAD people vote, multiple times.

This is not a joke: it is and has been the reality of what is known as the Chicago vote (for the Democrats, I might add!)

I would just like to say: I've shown you all some very nice Photoshops (TM) of various people over the last 6 months or so. I'd like to do more, and sometimes, the fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis impede me, somewhat.

Both of those take my 'sense of humor and sarcasm' down...so all I can some days do is hit "LIKE".

I have to say, at this point in time: Barack Obama is NOT my President, and he and those of his ilk could never even have enough hope to be.

Nor could his trampy wife ever be my First Lady, whom all of us woman could look up to as a supporting arm of our President, the Leader of the Free World.

Because of this trampy, mattress-cover dress worn by the woman who calls herself the "First Lady (of the evening) of the United States", I can determine the whys and the why-nots of voting for the Progressives, as they love to call themselves, or anyone else who would possibly, out of insanity, agree with them...like Joy Behar?

On Your RIGHT...

...is the one you are supposed to identify as 'the First Lady of the United States'. On the left is the woman identified as the 'Second Lady of the United States'. In the middle is Ma'am, even though she claims she has worked long and hard to achieve being addressed as "Senator Boxer" (CA-D--and Dumber than the day is long!).

If Michelle Obama's dress could be any tighter in the hips, she might split a seam. Wouldn't that be fun, because that fabric is sooooo stretched?

As CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are we supposed to continue, as in times past, to look upon these women as IDEALS?

Is it because it is 2010, and we have lost our way as true citizens of what was once the most powerful nation in the entire world...that we consider "trampy" , even "whory" dressing by our leaders' wives as acceptable--because we do not take the time to consider how WE, the United States Citizens, are represented?

Then, I would consider that it is really time, NOW, to 'get our $hite together'?

Irregardless of my 'party affiliation', I can say that, in all seriousness, Michelle Obama could NEVER represent ME as a First Lady.

Stripped!

Just opposite 1217 W. Chase Avenue is a circular 'focal point' for the turn-around (Chase ends at the Lake Michigan Shore) which is populated by a large Scotch Pine, which attracts wildlife.

One of the neighbors planted sunflowers there this year, and as you see, they are stripped! I believe they were planted for the birds, who must have had some hearty chowdowns this autumn!

The question I have, however, is how much asbestos dust did the poor birds and the many squirrels in this area ingest along with the seeds since greedy Swanette Triem began building her parking lot on the asbestos-ridden remains of the North Shore School?

Swanette's Lot: Above the Law?

Swanette Triem is up to her old tricks--again!

Work has been going on at the former site of the North Shore School, 1217 W. Chase Avenue here in Rogers Park. Matter of fact, the site is about one -half block east on my building.

There is no, I repeat: NO posted permit (as required by law) for the construction of this parking lot!

When she "bought" the demolition of NSS with campaign monies given to 49th Ward Alderschmuck, Joe "always on the take" Moore back in early March 2008, that demolition was halted by IEPA due to asbestos contamination of the grounds.

But dear, greedy Swanette had her crews come in on the weekends. NO precautions were taken to prevent asbestos from blowing all over the entire neighborhood.

As of Thursday, 22OCT2010, you can see that the huge shovel has been stirring up what remains of the NSS rubble, permeating the air with asbestos dust again! And why?

Because Swanette's cheezy, cheap-ass demo crew pushed all leftover rubble into the NSS basement! That's how GREEN the PROGRESSIVE thinking is here in the 49th Ward of Chicago!

Swanette's lovely (SARC) building is the one on the left.

As you see, the retaining walls are up, and that pile of crushed stone is at least 9 feet tall.

Soooo, greed is rewarded in the 49th Ward again! I guess PROGRESSIVE Joe Moore considers that a real triumph, huh?
