And whom do you suppose...
...think it's all in honor of them?
Solar Tsunami to Strike Earth

Earth is bracing for a cosmic tsunami Tuesday night as tons of plasma from a massive solar flare head directly toward the planet.
The Sun's surface erupted early Sunday morning, shooting a wall of ionized atoms directly at Earth, scientists say. It is expected to create a geomagnetic storm and a spectacular light show -- and it could pose a threat to satellites in orbit, as well.
"This eruption is directed right at us and is expected to get here early in the day on Aug. 4," said Leon Golub of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. "It's the first major Earth-directed eruption in quite some time."
The solar eruption, called a coronal mass ejection, was spotted by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory, which captures high-definition views of the sun at a variety of wavelengths. SDO was launched in February and peers deep into the layers of the sun, investigating the mysteries of its inner workings.
"We got a beautiful view of this eruption," Golub said. "And there might be more beautiful views to come if it triggers aurorae."

Why the hell would YOU vote for HIM?
Illinois Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias declared victory tonight in the Democratic primary for President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.
Unless you're in love with the MOB?Just to let you know, I am half-Greek by birth, and I would not vote for this jerk if ATHENA herself begged me!

Okay, Blame it on the Winter Snow!
No evening rush of voters as polls close
Here in Illinois, in the primaries, a voter is required to vote by party.
It's just a playground, like the photo above!
Now, I am certain, if Abraham Lincoln could put his one or two cents in, (yes, pun intended), he would have a few words to say in Springfield.
It is not the American way, to control the ultimate vote, as it is done in Illinois.
By virtue of this manner of voting, we have begat criminals. Find George Ryan for yourself on Google.
As a matter of fact, find out what you can about Mayor Richard M. (I affectionately call him Dick'em) Daley, Dick Durbin, and former Senator Barack Hussein Obama, who sometime back, declared himself a Kenyan by birth, thus making him illegal to be the President of the United States of America!
It's all there, when you take the time to look for it yourself.
If, and when, you voted today (as many of you registered voters did not), you will find, of course, in the mainstream media, (Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times), that Alexi Giannoulias is the leader in the race for Governor of the State of Illinois. I am half-Greek, and I would not vote for him for all the saganaki in Athens!
If you voted for him, I pity you for not doing your homework.
And, as many of you did not do your homework on the candidates, I would, very politely, ask that you do it again. And, AGAIN, before the election in April, until you understand just what some of these politicians are trying to do to you.
You enjoy your freedoms, correct? Keep hold of them by voting out the frauds.
