Police: Election judge snatched ballot, pushed voter on South Side
From the Sun-Times:
A South Side election judge snatched a ballot from a woman seeking to vote and then shoved her — and was promptly arrested, police said.
Reginald Tyler, 53, allegedly told the woman that she couldn’t vote at the polling place on the 1200 block of East 62nd, then took her ballot and pushed her, police spokeswoman Sgt. Antoinette Ursitti said.
Tyler, of the 6300 block of South Kenwood, was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery for the 10:45 a.m. incident.
