I was speaking at length, yesterday, with a Chicago Police Department officer, who has become a sort of friend over the past several years.

For the first time, I mentioned I had abandoned the "Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce". He looked at me, and sniffed, as if that idea was stupid...which, apparently it was.

He told me, after I explained about Bill Morton's PERSONAL debt of $1,425, and the Rogers Park Chamber's debt to me of over $1,000, that I should take them/him to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

I retorted: "I don't see how I can get BLOOD from a rock !" and told him the story of Bill Morton and his NON-neutered mongrel dog being attacked at Sherwin Beach. And how Bill Morton, cheesy president of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, "begged" for $450, and thousands more, to save his mixed breed, FOUND dog...which he considers a 'chick magnet'.

My friend, the Chicago Police officer, had this to say:

"He's a con man, and he knows how to con people. He's got it down."

I am going to say this right now: YES, I regret that I fell for this 'ne'er do well' BUM of Rogers Park. I was sooo0 totally stupid to give him more than money. Friendship is a two-way street, but as of now...that 'friendship', I have found, was nothing more than LYING and GREED ON HIS PART!

Bill Morton is, in my eyes, NOTHING! A TOTAL LOSER!

His SHOP LOCAL promotion, of a year ago, has gone nowhere. Why, you might ask? Because Bill Morton is LAZY...and prefers others to do his work.

He now has a preference for Nina Interlandi Bell, the current 'Secretary' of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce. Nina, honey, it's only Bill Morton 'conning' you into this position. Grow the F&*k up! BTW...How much money have YOU loaned him?

It is now the second of July, several days after your 'June 31st" non-existent date in image 012 of the attachments.

Where is my repayment of $500?

Just so you understand, great defender of the underdog, that was my Social Security money that I put out for the Chamber. Those monies I spent years and years working for. And you seem to treat it as nothing, nothing that you want to have anything to do with.
I am not willing to be patient any longer, and will see a lawyer on Monday morning in pursuit of retrieving these hard-earned monies from your organization.

Soooo, this purported 'Catholic Evangelical Bishop', who is the 'Interim Treasurer' of Rogers Park Chamber (POT) of Commerce, chooses to ignore a request for an OVERDUE payment of funds with which I 'seeded' the Chamber!

Un-freakin'-believable!

Logic then takes over, and it seems that this 'Bishop' (an employee of Cook County and a member of SEIU 880--perhaps that could explain everything?) is condoning the dishonesty of Bill Morton, the purported President of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce!

I assist residents in starting their new businesses by registering with the Secretary of State, filing the proper documents with the IRS and opening their business bank accounts. (There have not been any NEW businesses established in Rogers Park during Morton's tenure--this is complete BS.).

Member of the Willye B. White Park Advisory Council (named after the Olympic Champion from Chicago). As a council member I attend monthly meetings to plan fundraisers for underprivileged kids in the neighborhood, such as sponsoring them to attend Summer Camp.

That's pretty much what Dipsh+t Bill Morton is all about--shallowness and manipulation and denial of the rights of others.

I, alone, supplied this man with his dream of a Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce. And I have no communication of when I will receive repayment for those monies.

Waiting, and with baited breath...

Bill Morton has only a few days to renew Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce. Seeing as his precious phone costs $85/month, and he only has NINE members after one year, how do you think he'll come out against Sec of State Jesse White? Will I EVER be repaid my $1,000+ for establishing this chamber of commerce?

When I resigned from Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, it was with good reason. We had voted to reduce the membership dues by one half, at the motion of James Wilkowski, the bishop., hopefully to get more members.

Well, another member was signed on, some time AFTER the vote, at the previous price. Bill Morton's words to me were, in effect, because due to some apparent hacking, I cannot access them in my secretarial e-mail account, that because the bishop said it was ok, everything was cool.

'The bishop'--the chess piece I have spoken of --merely a director of the Chamber, but because Bill had him to his Sherwin apartment many nights--now 'the bishop' became the WORD--of God, apparently.

Because I considered that decision unethical, and Bill Morton decided that 'the bishop' was correct, I immediately resigned.

'The bishop' now considers me a racist, after I have given freely of many Photoshop graphics to his website, and had spent about 40 hours redesigning the website at his request--of course, no pay--but it WAS promised!

You might be asking yourself who is this bishop? James Alan Wilkowski, who works in David Orr's office (Office of the Cook County Clerk), and who is a member of SEIU 880.

Am I afraid of him, he who has publicly called me a racist?

NO, not at all, because he is a wimp, a man who states he will not have a 'gay church', yet surrounds himself with gay men, for purposes unknown to me, unless...?

It is this man who was given the position of Treasurer of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce. A man of questionable background, certainly biased, due to his SEIU 880 ties. Yet, Bill Morton, the product of Elmwood Park, has become infatuated with this 'bishop', this 'chess piece', to the point of accepting his judgment in lieu of Roberts Rules of Order and of the necessity of Parliamentary Procedure. Again--that is what I realized and that is the reason I resigned.

Such is the way of those who follow Alinsky--may they all find a very uncomfortable place to reside, somewhere near a heck of a lot of HEAT!

RE: the retouched photo

Yes, there was a person, a woman, to our right, that Bill Morton did not want to acknowledge. At his request, I removed her via my Photoshop skills.

So, this ends up as Bill Morton's avatar, and part of his persona, though it's apparently just a photo-op.

If any of you readers have paid any attention, you know of my righteous anger regarding Bill Morton, and his lack of repayment of his personal debt to me.

I will say, for myself, I took the man at his word.

Apparently, his word is worth 'road kill dung'.

He has refused to answer e-mails, and walks about Rogers Park with, apparently, a new camera, which he apparently bought with monies he tried to entice me with on Christmas Eve--but, those monies owed were NOT IN THE FORM OF THE CASHIER'S CHECK I requested, so Bill conveniently told others around him that I REFUSED that payment.

I did not: I requested a cashier's check, which any SANE person would from someone who has become UNWORTHY of their trust.

I trusted this man's word...and his word is BS, total BS.

I supported this man, saved him from eviction at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue. Twice.

And what do I get? No answers to e-mails; and being called a 'racist' by the 'chess piece (because, as a member of SEIU 880, the chess piece can't possibly think of anything else, but he can hire many gay men, in spite of the fact he claims 'his church' cannot be a gay church!), who is also member of the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce board.

My only conclusion is that Bill Morton, the president of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, is 'STIFFING' me, or trying to, on this personal debt.

For that, Bill, I am going to let your conscience get the better of you.

I am a DISABLED 64-year-old woman, living on Social Security payments of $601 per month.

Somewhere along the way, Bill, it will be found out that you are earning money every month. I will find it, and garnishee it, because it is the legal thing to do.

"Chess piece", how much do you gross per month working for the County Clerk's Office? Hmmm? This is the liberal, SEIU 880 member who calls ME a racist!

And, he has also been sucked into supporting Bill Morton in his LAZINESS to develop the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, of which I AM A CO-FOUNDER!

I will let you all draw your own conclusions.

If any of you think I am whining, why not try to live yourselves on $601 per month! I want my monies, my investment, returned, and Bill Morton seems to want to ignore everything!

I might ask you, my readers, few though you are, how would you feel--when someone gave you his word to pay you back, and now he doesn't even honor your existence??

I just call it 'icky poo' behavior, and it shall all come back upon him!

RE: the Followers

I thank each and every one of you who read these posts, or just look at my photography and sometimes say...Yeah.

In the followers list, there is someone who does not want to be there...call him the 'Chess piece'.

He has e-mailed me, a 'chess piece', calling me a name I feel I do not deserve...RACIST. Because I do not agree with his politics, apparently.

I sent him back the instructions (from Google) regarding how to remove oneself as a follower.

He is still there (CREEPY)...as a follower...because he cannot seem to get Bill Morton, who set up his blog, to do an 'Un-follower-up'. (Bill is lazy about things like that, because they don't pay!)

Now, I followed his blog, but gave up, as he has not posted anything in TEN months! This 'chess piece' has aligned himself with someone we can call "the would-be king"--that would be your friend Barry.

I might add the 'chess piece' is a long-standing member of SEIU 880 here in Chicago.

That, in itself, states a volume, doesn't it?

He also has replaced me as Treasurer of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce (I held a dual office, so someone else has replaced me as Secretary--isn't that nice now? It takes TWO to replace one, and then, I am not truly replaced, am I, because I was the 'Graphics Artist' too!)

I also photographed for him and reworked pieces for his website. No pay, of course, as a 'friend'.

I feel used! All work, NO PAY!
