Dontcha just love misinformed idiots, like Bill Morton?

From the totally untrusted site "Honesty and Responsibility" aka "Chicago Shadows" comes this BS, obviously written by Bill Morton, or possibly the so-called "Interim Treasurer" of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, The great Southside BEE-SHOP, James Alan Wilkowski:

I might add here, that the government classifies me as "disabled', which I am, after appearing before a federal judge, due to osteoarthritis in my back and spine, and the effects of fibromyalgia, which MR. BILL MORTON never gave a crap about. These ailments are certainly NOT what I wanted for myself at 64 years old, but I must contend with their effects EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Because Bill Morton has all accessible passwords, perhaps I should not hold Kristofer Luck responsible, but I do.

Actually, by the kindness of a local social service organization to which I was sent, after my July 2006 pulmonary embolism, which almost killed me but for the Emergency Personnel at Northwestern Memorial Hospital saving my life, (a week in hospital with heavy medications and pain-killers (intravenously), and the help of yet another social service organization (via Fourth Presbyterian Church) and Social Security declaring me 'disabled', I would not have been ALIVE to lend Bill Morton any monies but for an awardment of the monies I had earned, throughout my working life, so I lent him, when he seemed to be at his LOWEST, $1,425 for rent and then 'gave' him an HP computer system (same as I am using right now, with Vista x64) (which he eventually trashed) for the establishment of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce (his dream, he said) to be enacted, and now, upon which debts, personal and BUSINESS, I have asked for, have been treated as some kind of demon.

I feel right now, today, that I wished I would have died at Northwestern, back in 2006. I wish that I would never have met Bill Morton, nor Kristofer Luck, nor Michael Giovanelli...all idiots, and all mentally ill in their own ways.

Because of this total crap I am having to put up with is just that--CRAP. And, I don't like CRAP, especially as I have been the MOST generous to this goof, Bill Morton, as I have ever been in my entire life!

Bill Morton, you have, and will probably NEVER have, any kind of shame about what you have done to me, by using the monies (SOCIAL SECURITY) I have earned my ENTIRE life, and seem to have LOST now, to further your own goals (which are WHAT?, I might ask).

What I really can't figure is just WHY Bill Morton took up again with someone like Chicago Shadows, AKA http://honestyresponsibility.blogspot.com/, whom he considered a crazy, dark person. But, then again, Bill Morton can also be considered a crazy, dark person, and IF he is commenting under the auspices of Quest Network Services, BOTH HE AND QUEST should be SUED!

BTW, Bill Morton, why did your 'dear friend' Mary Faith DUMP her Laundromat at Greenview and Howard?

Yet another false alarm?

The fire alarm sounded earlier, and I walked to the back stairs of my building, 7301 N. Sheridan Rd. here in Rogers Park, the northernmost neighborhood of Chicago.

I met an Iraqi acquaintance, Saad, who did not understand the alarm at all. I told his wife, Susan, to put on her veil and walk down the stairs out of the building. That THAT is what the noise of the alarm meant. (They have lived here for at least two years; there have been many false alarms; they still do not understand, and if there is a 'real' building fire, they will be counted among the dead for not responding properly to the awful-sounding alarm.

And the alarm, itself, was turned off by a maintenance man (because this building is now in foreclosure, having been owned by Aymin Khalil. Think he might be one of those Moslems who is trying to 'establish' himself in the US?)

Aymin once owned a number of properties here in Rogers Park, each having been foreclosed upon. Personally, I'd like to know why, but it's okay, I already know a lot more than most. He is SLIME.

Back to the alarm:

So I went down, after walking around the building while looking for smoke ( and wondering, yet again, why the Chicago Fire Department was nowhere in sight after 8 minutes, as they are only four Chicago blocks away (this means, we are not connected to CFD, as we should be, being an 8+ story building) to see Kris Luck, (whom I hope is still) my friend at Quest Network Services.

I informed him of the alarm, which cannot be heard within his area of the building, especially as they were having dinner while watching a program on cable.

As Kris and I spoke, in walked Bill Morton, the ne'er-do-well beggar of Rogers Park, and also president of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, which I, alone, financed for its set-up, and which, as an Illinois corporation, is in arrears to me for over $1,000.

"Well, well, well, look who's here," Morton stated while interrupting my conversation with Kris Luck. He walked into The Parlor, said a few things to the occupants, and walked back out of Quest saying nothing.

I looked at Kris and asked, "What was that?" Kris said, 'You must have scared him off. He'll probably be back."

I hope I scared some beejeebies out of Bill Morton tonight. He owes me a personal debt of $1,425 for rent payments I financed, to keep his sorry butt at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue. He is quite aware of this.

He is also aware of the fact that Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce has defaulted on payment #2 to me, $500.00. The supposed Catholic bishop, James Alan Wilkowski, a Cook County employee under David Orr, is the 'Interim Secretary' of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, and has not, apparently, been urging Bill Morton on, in a proper business manner, to increase the income of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce.

I call them SCUM!!

If I ever receive any payment not in the form of a Cashier's Check or Money Order, I would set it on fire because I am not surprised at what these scammers will attempt to do.

Cheats, Liars and Thieves! That's what Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce has become.

Where is the repayment?

I'd REALLY like to know. I have been extremely patient, since I dropped out of the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce because of ethical blunders on their part back in mid-November.

And I was supposed to receive a check for repayment, as agreed upon from the beginning with Bill Morton, again.


Ain't it amazin'--a BISHOP who does not know the calendar? That June has only 30 days? I must forgive him because he was educated on the Southside and now works for Cook County.

Of course, Bill Morton owes me also, on a personal level--an amount of $1,425. When I encountered him the other day, on the street, he just SMIRKED when I informed him I would take him to court.

Well, the time is here, and the time is now, so on Monday, I will be hiring a lawyer to take both Bill Morton and the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce to COURT.

Smirk all you want, Bill.

And for all your promotion of Quest Network Services, why haven't you tried to renew their membership?

Quest Network Services, unfortunately, is no longer a viable member of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce as of May 31, 2010. But Quest has not been informed re: renewal of membership as of today, JULY 2nd!

Many years ago, a philosopher, Frank Jordak, stated, "Art is the instantiation of the universal." 'Instantiation' refers to what is happening immediately, now. And 'universal', of course, suggests exactly what we live in--the universe that we know. Art, therefore, becomes a 'fleeting thing', which brings us back to the 'EYEBALL'.

If Mayor Dick'em Daley had any taste, other than that in his mouth, (from Ron Huberman?) he would VETO this so-called 'work of art'. But he'd rather talk about shoving a rifle up a reporter's butt!

Memorial Day

I spent much of Memorial Day weekend away from Rogers Park to attend celebrations.

Memorial Day was not intended to be a 'celebration'. It is a Day of Remembrance.

I experienced BBQ, bonfires, a nature retreat, and time with my family. What is really on my mind though is, where I travelled to, over 100 miles away, I experienced a Memorial to the Veterans and those who did not make it back from wartime alive.

Bill, himself, is a veteran--of the mail clerk's office in the US Navy. Though his discharge was honorable, there were questionable circumstances leading up to it.

There were veterans in uniforms, a 21 gun salute and Taps. Rogers Park did not have any memorial services, to my knowledge... and nothing as moving as what I experienced.

The more I travel away from Rogers Park and return, the more aware I become of how static and bland our neighborhood often is. Where are the street parades on Independence Day? Where are our live performances in the park of major recording artists and new touring acts? I haven't seen a 5k benefit run along the Lake for anything in Rogers Park. No large tree for the Holidays. No Day of the Dead Celebration.

This is where I take exception with Bill Morton's whine. He is president of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, which I financed as a viable chamber. Now he finds Rogers Park to be "static and bland"--a self-description, perhaps?

He goes on to whine about how Rogers Park has no Independence Day parade. Well, Bill, wouldn't it be nice if you got up off your dead butt and had Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce sponsor a parade? Is there no creative thinking on your part or the part of your Board of Directors since I resigned as Secretary/Treasurer almost seven months ago?

Could the chamber not sponsor a 5K run? Or a 'large tree for the Holidays'?

He continues: Forget calling a street, " the Heart of Rogers Park", where is Rogers Park's Heart?
I have no idea which 'street' he whines about. Let's, for the sake of brevity in argument, call it either Morse Avenue, where the former DevCorpNorth resides, or Greenview and Jarvis Avenues, where Ald. Joe Moore (D-Regressives) resides.

Bill Morton wanted to establish Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce in order to retaliate against both the above-mentioned. Now he whines that Rogers Park is not doing anything to distinguish itself.

Had I remained with the chamber, events like these would have come to fruition. Due to Bill Morton's own negligence and disregard for ethics,, that will never occur.

I have heard from a mutual acquaintance that he is no longer speaking to me.
Another mutual acquaintance knows of my personal loan to Bill Morton of $1,425 last year and has advised him to repay me. Bill Morton has not contacted me since Christmas Eve, 2009, when he attempted to get me to accept what I can only assume was a 'personal' check for partial repayment. I requested a Cashier's Check, or in the least a Money Order, and I have not heard a word from him since.

It is now past 18 months since I first lent him $700 to save him from eviction at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue here in Rogers Park.

And, coming up, it will be a year since I lent him another $725 to avoid eviction.


I think it's time to take him to court, don't you?

Whatever happened to his fascination...

It seems Bill Morton 'DUMPED' the place in favor of Charmers, which is closer to his home base of 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue.

I know him to be quite LAZY. I co-founded Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, with my monies, which I am hoping will be paid back.

And I still hope the PERSONAL LOANS that I made to him will be paid back.

Why, if he would pay me back the $1,425 he owes me for saving his ass vis a vis rent at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue, here in Rogers Park, I could purchase a 'real' bed (as I have been sleeping on an air mattress) in order for my disabled back to be more comfortable.

BUT NO--Bill Morton pays no one back!

He seems to think he is 'entitled'. Hey, Bill, this is a REPUBLIC, remember that!

Bill Morton has a problem...it is psychological...with his MOTHER.

On Mother's Day, he did not post a thing about mothers, because he HATES his own mother. He will not speak about her.

This is the 33 year old man, who has told you he will bring about 'CHANGE' in Rogers Park.

And where have you seen 'change' because of Bill Morton's work in Rogers Park in the past six months?

I have only seen the 'Coffee Cup' photo.

Today marks my 64th birthday, and 17 months since I lent the first $700 of the $1,425 that Bill Morton continues to owe me for helping him remain at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue here in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.

I have no word from him (though he knows my e-mail and where I live, AND still has not returned my building and apartment keys, though I requested those SIX MONTHS AGO!).

The irony is: He is working at Quest Network Services, which is FIVE FLOORS BELOW ME!

What a SLUG!

It is now officially FIFTEEN MONTHS.

Without a word of keeping a promise.

A promise I trusted.

From him.

Because, vis a vis, the First Amendment, I can tell you a bit about him.

Oh yes, Bill Morton, the 'president of the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce'!

Ain't he just great? Nuh-uh, in my book.

He owes me $1,425 for fronting his rent money in order to remain at 1205 W. Sherwin Ave., here in Rogers Park.

To date, he has been ignoring that personal debt.

This is someone who calls himself 'committed to Rogers Park', 'entrenched in Rogers Park'.

This is someone who has even asked of you, 'Be a good neighbor'. (Though he is still 'hung up' on the Adelphi Theater.)

In my opinion, 'good neighbors' REPAY their debts in a timely fashion!

To this day, April 1st, which is FIFTEEN months after I loaned him the first $700 to keep his apartment at 1205 W. Sherwin Avenue, not one, I repeat, NOT ONE DOLLAR, has been offered to be repaid.

Bill Morton is 'entrenched' alright, entrenched in scamming and grifting and STIFFING PEOPLE HE OWES MONEY TO! He seems to have a history of that behavior.

And, BTW, that money owed does NOT include the $1,000+ that the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce still owes me for the set-up of the Chamber.

I have paperwork that states that sum owed by the Chamber will be paid off by Dec. 31, 2010.
I wait.

Isn't it so nice to wait a WHOLE YEAR for a thousand dollar pay-back?

Go ahead, call him at 773.824.7400--a phone I set up for him, which he swore he 'was only using for chamber business'--a lie, as I was receiving the bills.

That phone, through US Cellular, costs approximately $85 per month, and is/was used for his own personal business, in and of itself a violation of trust, not only between ourselves, but also against the essence of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce.

For those of you who are 'directors' or 'officers'--you have aided and abetted a dishonest person. How do you feel? Especially you, Mister Chess Piece/SEIU 880 member? Who is the racist now?

I look at this, and want to puke!

First off, whose money went to establish this Chamber? MINE!

In the ten months of its existence, how many members are there? SEVEN!

Bill Morton was never interested in doing anything for you, folks. He was simply trying to make his rent--for which he owes me two months worth--$1,425--and he thinks he does not have to repay these monies...because he is the President of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce--which I co-founded, with MY monies, which are still owed to me (over $1,000!).

Bill Morton has assured me, in an e-mail, that he feels the Rogers Park
Chamber of Commerce will go on for eighty (80) years.

On a roll today...

Don't think I've ever posted so much on one day, but...just had to show you this.

The tall building is the 'Farcroft', on Fargo Avenue between Sheridan Road and Lake Michigan. Its apartments are empty now, after the magnificent building was purchased by James N. Pritzker. Total rehab will begin soon, I was told.

The entire building is quite a fascinating piece of architecture, and I am certain Mr. Pritzker (et al) will do it justice.

Downtown Evanston is at the center of the horizon.

Just wanted to share this lovely view with you, my few readers, and to thank my Creator for all the blessings bestowed upon me, as three and a half years ago, I was a quarter-inch from death, again.

Though I am no longer being given credit as co-founder (and SEEDER) of Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, I have no regrets regarding my resignation from that entity.

I have a certain high standard of ethics...the rest of the board apparently does not. Simple as that. In fact, one board member, whom I shall thank so much for the "UNCONDITIONAL LOVE", has resorted to name-calling in my e-mail. Don't ya just love insecurity?

And, the Chamber still owes me over $1,000, for which I shall have to wait a year to be repaid.

In addition, Bill Morton has a more-than-significant personal debt with me...which he continues to ignore.
